Since I bought this book some months ago, I've read it over and over. It's so easy to understand, and its breadth is so comprehensive; it's a godsend for someone like me who used to be a complete duffer when it came to anything to do with stocks, shares and trading. I'd been following the techniques and advice Robbie gives (on paper at first of course!) for several months before I took part in an online spreadbetting competition last month, and won 300 pounds for second place. I certainly couldn't have done it without taking in the valuable information on every page of this book. The trading strategies are easy to understand, and Robbie's style makes the book a fascinating read. Included is a chapter on investing 'horror stories', submitted by real traders whose mistakes provide an additional education, and confirmation, of the all too real pitfalls that Robbie warns us of whenever we consider buying (or selling) shares. What more can one say? A must-have for anyone serious about trading.
